Refund Policy

• Client acknowledges that fees are for services and, as such, are neither cancellable nor refundable but can be transferable. 

• Client acknowledges that we do not provide refunds for any services. Once a payment has been made, the services will begin in the time frame services has been booked. Please be advised that turnaround time can vary for many reasons.

• Client acknowledges if for any reason you want to cancel a service that has already been prepped for that is your choice. Nonetheless, due to the work applied during processing, such as gathering resources, payments already received by THEJOURNE will not be refunded. If no work has been done on the service, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of THEJOURNE.

Shipping

• THEJOURNE utilizes multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US. Once your payment is verified and processed, it can take 3-5 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays. All express packages are shipped the same day if order is placed before 12pm eastern standard time. All orders placed after 12pm eastern standard time will be shipped on the following business day. You will receive an email once you order is shipped with the shipping carrier and tracking number.

  • 3-6 Business Days Standard Shipping $8.00, cost varies depending on location and weight of the package.

  • 1-2 Business Day Express Shipping $25.00, cost varies depending on location and weight of the package.
